Dodgers Game 94 Notes
So I was at Trader Joe's getting dinner, and checked my phone at 4:19pm. 0-0 bottom 1st 1 out, O's hitting. get home less than 20 minutes later, and it's 5-0 Dodgers with 1 out in the Top 2nd. Like, great boys, but can you wait till I get my ass settled until you start the kamikaze??Now I'm playing catch up with this offense's fire power. Worse part is is that TJ's didn't have any jerk sauce, so I gotta walk three blocks to Wilshire blvd to get jerk sauce from Vons. This is worse than the problems in eastern Africa. I'm a little Somalian boy that the pirates have their eyes on to recruit, and the god damn ship is on the horizon. Tyler Wells has allowed the third most home runs of all SPs this season, despite his great marks to this point.

- Michael Grove already doing his best to anger me and make me very pessimistic about his potential.
- Goes 11 pitches to the first batter of the Bot 2nd, then another 3-2 count to the 2nd hitter, then gets an out, so 1 out. then gives up a sac fly to All-Star and Stinker (my fantasy team) Austin Hays, run scores, then gives up 2b w/ error to Aaron Hicks who's 47 years old.

- HAHAHA Orel was just singing "People like to tell me about my best friend..." song with Joe davis in the booth... Orel stops and says "We might lose our jobs." hahahahha one of the funniest things i've heard during a bsbl game in a long long time

Alright update time
Walked to Vons to get jamaican jerk sauce hoewver they did not have it. So i gathered what veggies i could there and on my walk home i called the co-op down the road from me and they did not have jerk sauce.
I then walked about 11 total blocks each way to get jerk sauce from Ralph's grocery.
Found the jerk sauce and the walk was mighty nice. Listened to the game on the radio on my walk, which helped the 45-60 minute experience bc i got to listen to a shellacking of orioles pitching and walked in my front door to the sight of 10-3.
The little birdies have been good. but have they been real? we'll have to wait and found it. I think so, but I think the dodgers have some chip-on-the-shoulder swagger this year (not real swagger, but like the chip on the shoulder that the poorer kid at a $20,000/yr high school has).
This series, so far, has been the worst part of the Orioles' season so far I'd assume, right? 🤔 not really any huge injuries for the O's and they've already basically met the amount of wins some "experts" said they'd have through the whole season. Nick Robertson has been REAL bad for the Dodgres in the few appearances he's had this szn but nice to see him get a scoreless even if it's in a 10-3 game.
